This is NOT a call center position, it is more of a business to business account manager role. Client facing. Requires at least 2 years of experience
Applicants need to be open to working OT and on call every about 8 weeks where they work their regular schedule M-F and take home iphone, ipad, and laptop and take calls after hours and weekend. Will receive a $200 stipend for their on call week and get OT for every call they take and dispatch

DUTIES
Customer Service
* A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company's customer retention plan.
* Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.
* Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.
* Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.
* Able to be On-Call during non-working office hours every 4 - 6 weeks for a full week
Dispatch
* Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours.
* Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
* Track service vehicles via Samsara
* Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.
* Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.
